TV PRESENTER WORKSHOPS – April 1st, 2017
We are super excited to announce a very special TV PRESENTER Workshop in the Easter holidays!
Our Manchester venue at Media City has truly fantastic facilities that we’ve been wanting to take maximum advantage of for months and give Ology Superstars the experience of what it’s really like to be in a TV studio.
Ology Managing Director, Laura, was a TV presenter for over ten years, on GMTV, CITV, MTV and Sky One, usually presenting live to millions of viewers. The adrenaline was unreal so we wanted our Ology superstars to experience this simple excitement with guidance and support in a TV Studio before they hit the big screen themselves.
The workshop will give the children a fun insight into how to make a TV show, from operating a TV camera to being in the gallery ‘producing a show! Of course all the children (including little ones!!) will take turns to be the star of the show as a ‘News Anchor’, presenting the news and learning all the techniques of TV presenting, reading autocue, working to timings and much more. A wonderfully fun and informative experience for our Ology superstars. Plus, you will receive a link via email of the final edit of your child’s presenting experience.

Spaces are strictly limited and the last specialist workshop sold out in 24 hours for the Juniors. It’s no April fool but you would be a ‘fool’ to miss it!!
There are only 13 spaces per workshop! There will be a studio director, 4 assistants and both Ology directors present at each of the workshops.
NB – PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WORKSHOP IS ONLY OPEN TO CHILDREN AGE 4+ TO ENSURE THEY CAN EXPERIENCE THE WORKSHOP TO IT’S FULL POTENTIAL. NOTE THE DIFFERING AGE CLASSES AS THEY’RE NOT THE SAME AS USUAL. PLEASE ENSURE YOU BOOK ONTO THE AGE-SPECIFIC WORKSHOP.
